Mandie provides executive support to Rebecca Kimber-Danger, Managing Director of Fowler Fortescue, helping ensure the business operates smoothly and allowing the leadership team to remain focused on delivering exceptional advice and service to clients.

Known for her calm, approachable nature and meticulous organisation, Mandie brings more than two decades of experience supporting senior executives, boards and leadership teams. She has built her career on creating structure in fast-moving environments, managing competing priorities with discretion, and developing trusted relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders alike.

Before joining Fowler Fortescue, Mandie was Executive Assistant to the Head of Bryanston School, where she worked closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Governors, supporting strategic leadership and the day-to-day operation of one of the UK’s leading independent schools. Earlier in her career she held executive support roles within international businesses including telecommunications, global shipping transportation, charity sector and accountancy, giving her experience across a broad range of sectors and organisational structures.

Her role is about far more than organisation. She enjoys bringing people together, anticipating what is needed before it is asked, and creating the space for others to focus on the decisions that matter. Whether coordinating complex priorities or supporting the leadership team behind the scenes, Mandie is committed to helping Fowler Fortescue operate with professionalism, efficiency and care.

Outside work, Mandie enjoys spending time outdoors, whether walking coastal and countryside paths with her dog, hiking, jogging or discovering new parts of the UK whenever she has the opportunity.
