Graduate Schemes
We offer Graduate Schemes for Land Agents and Apprenticeship Schemes, and welcome applications from enthusiastic and motivated individuals. Our Graduate Scheme is a 2 year structured training programme, combining practical experience with industry training, including qualifications with The Central Association of Agricultural Valuers CAAV and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
As part of our practical training, you will gain experience across a variety of rural estates, across different areas, including:
- Estate Management
- Land Valuation
- Conservation
- Agricultural Consultancy
With full sponsorship, you will work towards becoming chartered members of RICS and gain qualifications with CAAV. We have qualified APC supervisors within our team, and they will provide invaluable guidance and support as you prepare for your professional exams.
