Maddie brings early experience of large-scale land use to her work on rural estates, supporting land and property with a practical approach shaped by both UK and international exposure.
Her background includes hands-on experience across rural operations, including time spent working on a cattle ranch in Montana alongside work in the UK. This has given her exposure to different models of land management and a broader understanding of how land performs at scale.
Since joining Fowler Fortescue, Maddie has been involved in estate management, landlord and tenant matters and valuation work, supporting the day-to-day running of estates and the progression of projects across the portfolio.
She recently graduated from the Royal Agricultural University with a First-Class degree in Real Estate, where she developed a strong academic grounding in rural property, valuation and land management. She was also recognised as a regional finalist in the Women in Property Student Awards 2024.
Maddie combines practical experience with a clear understanding of how land operates in reality, bringing a considered and commercially aware approach to supporting estate work. Her exposure to both UK and international land use provides a broader perspective that continues to shape her development within the sector.
