Henry works across rural estates with a focus on estate management, rural property and the progression of land and asset-related projects. He brings a practical and commercially aware approach, supported by hands-on experience across farming, estate operations and rural consultancy.
His background combines practical agricultural knowledge with professional estate management and surveying experience, giving him a strong understanding of how estates operate on a day-to-day level, alongside the wider strategic considerations that support long-term performance.
Henry’s work includes landlord and tenant matters, estate operations and supporting property-related projects across agricultural, residential and commercial assets. He has also been involved in diversification and infrastructure projects, including renewable energy, Biodiversity Net Gain initiatives and rural connectivity schemes, working closely with landowners, tenants, contractors and professional advisors to progress projects in a practical and considered way.
His experience in both estate management and agency roles brings a balanced understanding of how rural assets are managed, positioned and developed, combining technical knowledge with a practical understanding of estate operations and rural affairs.
Henry holds a BSc (Hons) in Rural Land Management from the Royal Agricultural University, alongside his qualifications as a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV) and Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS).
