Christabelle brings a commercial property perspective to estate portfolios, working across transactions, asset management and valuation.

As part of her role, she manages commercial property across client estates and advises on opportunities to diversify and introduce new commercial elements.  Her experience working with both landlords and tenants gives her a clear understanding of supply and demand across the commercial market.

She works across a range of asset classes including office, industrial, retail and land, supporting clients with both the ongoing management of assets and the identification of new opportunities to improve performance and generate income.

Christabelle is also a Registered Valuer, enabling Fowler Fortescue to undertake commercial valuations for both existing and new clients. She applies this alongside her agency experience to support decisions that are grounded in market reality and aligned with client objectives.

Prior to joining Fowler Fortescue, she spent seven years at JLL within commercial real estate and property investment, working in agency. This experience underpins her approach to property portfolios today, bringing a strong understanding of transactions, negotiation and how value is created within the market.

She brings a clear and commercially focused approach, helping clients identify opportunity, structure assets effectively and achieve the best possible outcomes from their property.
