Simon has spent more than three decades advising across rural estates, recognised for his strategic thinking, commercial instinct and ability to identify opportunities within complex estate structures.

He is known for approaching estate challenges with a highly analytical and commercially focused mindset, combining long-term strategic thinking with practical decision-making across land, property and wider estate assets. His work has included complex restructuring projects, diversification and estate-wide operational strategy, alongside broader property and business interests connected to rural estates.

Over the course of his career, Simon has advised a number of large and established estates, supporting them through changing commercial, operational and environmental pressures. He has been closely involved in projects requiring both strategic direction and practical implementation, with a particular interest in how estates evolve to remain commercially resilient over time.

Alongside his wider estate work, Simon has been involved in projects connected to renewable energy, infrastructure and estate diversification, including large-scale biomass energy systems integrated into estate operations.

Simon is known for his direct approach, commercial awareness and ability to view estate challenges from both a strategic and practical perspective, and is regarded as a valued and trusted advisor to the firm.
