Olivia is part of the team supporting the day-to-day running of rural estates, working alongside land agents and the wider Fowler Fortescue team to keep land and property matters moving forward.
Since joining in 2024, she has become involved in a wide range of estate activity, from landlord and tenant matters to property-related work across the portfolio. Her role sits within the day-to-day rhythm of estates, contributing to the progression of work and the continuity of operations on the ground.
After school and travel, Olivia chose employment rather than university and having discovered her passion, she is now settled on her chosen career path of rural surveying. She is attending Plumpton College on a part time basis as she simultaneously gets to grips with the core competences of her role under the tutelage of Fowler Fortescue colleagues
Prior to joining Fowler Fortescue, Olivia gained early exposure to rural property through roles with Savills and Whites.
She brings a practical and grounded approach, developing her understanding of land and property through direct involvement in estate work.
