Our People

Julia is a Planning and Development surveyor coming from a commercial background. Initially working for a prime London development company, she moved to Wiltshire to take on the management of major infrastructure projects on behalf of the MOD across Salisbury Plain.

Julia has 15 years of project management experience and oversees some of the larger and more complex projects undertaken by Fowler Fortescue. She prides herself on delivering projects on time and within budget. She is incredibly organised, ensuring that all pre-construction issues are dealt with prior to commencing on site. She strongly believes in collaborative working, with everyone in the team being an integral part to making any development a success.

Julia’s recent projects range from the construction of new office units, the conversion of large agricultural buildings to industrial space, the reconstruction of Messums Gallery following a fire, the delivery of a new water main to serve a Dorset village plus the refurbishment and extension of Listed buildings.
