Jonathan focuses on improving the performance of rural estates, working closely with landowners to progress land and property projects and ensure estates operate effectively in practice.
With over 15 years’ experience, his background spans private clients, institutional and charity ownership and large-scale land management. He has worked as a resident agent on a major estate, where he was involved in generational change and long-term planning, alongside roles managing assets for a range of clients.
Jonathan works across estates across Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset, supporting both the day-to-day management of land and property and the progression of projects across the portfolio.
He focuses on improving the performance of estates, working with landowners to review assets, progress projects and identify opportunities to generate income or restructure elements of the estate where needed. His work includes bringing forward projects, managing property portfolios and ensuring estates are operating effectively in practice.
He takes a hands-on approach, working closely with estate teams, tenants, occupants and external advisors to move projects forward and ensure work is delivered on the ground.
Jonathan is actively involved in the wider rural sector and is a committee member for both the Hants, Wilts and Dorset Agricultural Valuers Association and the Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust (Wiltshire branch), reflecting his ongoing engagement with the industry.
