Rebecca Kimber-Danger
Rebecca operates at the centre of complex rural estates, combining strategic oversight with a strong commercial focus across land, property and wider estate assets. As Managing Director, she leads the direction of the business alongside her work with clients, aligned in their long-term strategy and performance.
Her work focuses on the long-term management and strategic development of estates, including financial restructuring, lease renegotiation, redevelopment opportunities and wider estate decision-making. She is known for combining clear commercial judgement with a practical, responsive approach, particularly in situations that require pace, sensitivity and confident direction.
This includes the commercialisation of high-end hospitality assets, with a focus on repositioning estates into commercially successful operations.
With over 20 years’ experience across residential, agricultural and commercial property, Rebecca brings a detailed understanding of estate structures, property law and taxation, alongside first-hand agricultural knowledge and a background rooted in family farming. Her work spans both ongoing estate oversight and more complex strategic projects, ensuring assets are aligned with ownership objectives and long-term performance.
Her experience spans high-value and complex projects, including the management and delivery of a £20 million country house and wider estate assets. Her work also includes projects such as Scaliscro, where she has overseen the repositioning and redevelopment of estate assets to improve design, performance and long-term viability.
Alongside her wider estate work, Rebecca has been closely involved in natural capital and environmental considerations, particularly where they intersect with commercial strategy. She is a Trustee of the Outer Hebrides Fisheries trust, with a particular focus on habitat restoration and the protection of wild fish stocks.
