Key Experience

David has over 20 years’ experience of agricultural, residential and commercial property, including a broad range of professional, private client and management work. He takes pride in tailoring his advice to suit each client’s requirements and is a Director of Fowler Fortescue.

David’s principal work is the management of a large and diverse Estate in Hampshire. This includes a wide range of work including the letting of agricultural, commercial and residential properties; diversification projects; property maintenance; repair; renovation and conversion; strategic planning; estate cashflows & budgeting and strategic development opportunities.

Examples of David’s success in achieving his client’s aims include the successful completion of a biomass heating scheme for 10 residential and commercial properties.

David is also the lead compensation surveyor for Thames Water in Reading providing strategic advice on a wide range of complex compensation matters including loss of business claims and large infrastructure projects.


David lives in Salisbury with his wife and two young children. His interests include photography, skiing and both playing and watching cricket.
