Rebecca Kimber-Danger
Rebecca is an energetic, creative, independent and engaging individual, whose enthusiasm and confidence is infectious.
She brings a genuine passion and drive to her work, and thrives in situations where hands-on project management is required. Her deep reserves of knowledge and experience, from work and life in general, as well as her quickness of thought and sound intuition, allow her to confidently make decisions when time for analysis is not an option. She possesses all the necessary tools to get deals over the line.
Rebecca works with a diverse portfolio of clients across the west of England using her skills in the long-term management of estates with particular focus on finance restructuring, renegotiation of leases to improve taxation position and the identification of assets for redevelopment. She has a sound knowledge of property law, an acute commercial awareness and couples this with a first-hand knowledge of agricultural matters from her family background.
Amongst her standout successes is the negotiation a 30-year lease of a 42,000 acre estate in Scotland and the project management of an extensive and sensitive renovation and extension of a Grade 1 listed country house and gardens in Dorset (view the case study above).
Rebecca’s expressive and responsive nature make her an excellent communicator. It is no surprise that she has embraced activities such as being a member of a podcast panel, and she is always looking for opportunities to reach out to the industry and the public.
